We’re headed back to Thelma Carol in Milwaukee, and this time we’re talking through labelling regulations, laws, and rules across all agave spirits, including Tequila, Mezcal, Raicilla, and Bacanora. The tasting will highlight both well-known and also smaller producers and we’ll give an in-depth class on just how things need to be labelled to be considered “official,” what happens for producers who don’t follow the rules, and what to expect from the industry moving forward.
